peach cobbler smoothie

Last updated: September 2023

The flavors of a delicious peach cobbler but in a more nutritious, simple smoothie for kids!

This recipe actually captures the fabulous flavors of a traditional peach cobbler in a healthier way - through a smoothie! Only 5-7 ingredients and a fun way to serve some nutritious options to your littles. My toddler loves this one and I hope yours will too!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1/2 frozen ripe banana

  • 1 cup frozen peaches

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp crushed graham cracker (I like the Simple Mills honey cinnamon cracker in this recipe, but any graham cracker will work)

  • 1/4 tsp Tiny Sprouts superseed boosters (optional)

  • Optional add-ins: 1/2 tbsp almond butter or a handful of spinach

DIRECTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until texture is smooth!

NOTES

  • At least the banana or the peaches should be frozen in this recipe to give the smoothie the best texture. You can add a handful of ice (if your blender allows) as well.

  • Your milk of choice will work here (whole milk, almond milk, etc.)

  • To thicken up smoothies, you can add Greek yogurt, almond butter, or avocado.

  • The superseed boosters from Tiny Sprouts are a perfect add-in for this recipe! Hemp seeds, flax seeds, or chia seeds add some extra nutrition and can easily be sprinkled in. Code MYTODDLERSKITCHEN gets you 10% off your purchase on their site.

  • This recipe can also be used for homemade popsicles! Just pour the batter into a popsicle mold and freeze for up to 3 months.
